The Mayhew Georgia’s charitable clinic helps neuter, treat, vaccinate and provide parasite control to dogs and cats in around Tbilisi in Georgia. It is run as a separate charity to the Mayhew in London. Between September 2024 and March 2025, 928 dogs and 84 cats were neutered and treated as part of their population management programme. In addition to the dog population management programme they address emergency care issues and surgeries of roaming dogs and cats.

The Belforte Foundation provided a grant of £5000 to assist with rental costs of the Mayhew’s charitable clinic in Tbilisi, Georgia in 2024 and again in 2025. The grants gave the Mayhew Georgia security of having their rent costs for the clinic covered and ensured that they had a facility to help and care for the roaming dogs and cats in Tbilisi and the neighbouring municipality.
